Parikrama Rocks the Palm Expo in Mumbai
Indian rock band Parikrama, who have recently celebrated 21 years together, played a showcase of music at the launch of the Rock & Pop syllabus at the Palm Musician Expo in Mumbai on 2 June. Parikrama are one of India’s most popular rock bands and there was huge excitement over their performance, so much so that people had to be turned away as the venue was full. The band played some of their best known songs, including Tears of the Wizard and Whiskey Blues, as well as a selection of pieces from the Rock and Pop syllabus.
